When the early hours of Sunday morn call for gin cured jack fish and a smorgasbord of Bloody Marys, it’s on the doors of The Slow that the island comes a knocking. Turning up the heat on an already much adored event, Sunday brunch will now be joined by all vinyl sets by DJs Paul T and Seabass. Chef Shannon Moran has curated a special brunch menu drawing on seasonal, sustainable and sane food at the slow. Moran has an extensive history of working in some of the best restaurants across the globe such as Nobu, Parrot Cay Resort, the metropolitan Bangkok and Farmacy in Notting Hill. His brunch menu tickles the taste buds with a special Sunday morning feel, accompanied by creatively curated nectars, tonics, ferments and boozy favourites to further your culinary experience.
