OH SO SLOW: FILM FESTIVAL 2

Following on from the success of the Oh So Slow film festival held in May this year, The Slow once again transformed its rooftop into a cinematic setting on Saturday the 25th of August. Bringing the bravado, quirk and film mastery shown in the first edition, The Slow’s second movie festival showcased directors like Ozzy Wrong, Daniel Askill, and Keith Malloy. Viewers were transported through various corners of the globe and otherworldly settings, with a keen focus on surf and experimental films. From strained conversations between new parents about ‘raising their child gay,’ to intimate pillow talk sessions directed by Mike Piscitelli, the curation of films knew no bounds.
